There are certain things that make a recruiter seriously dislike your CV, I’ve listed a few below.

A photo – keep the photographs for your LinkedIn profile as many recruiters will immediately discard a CV with a photo.

An off the shelf cover letter – recruiters have read them all, and they know a generic one when they see one. A cover letter that has no mention of why you want to work for the employer or what you can offer, that others can’t, will quickly consign your CV to the “no” pile.

Clichés – you’re a quick thinker, you work well under pressure. While these are fantastic skills to have, putting these clichés on your CV with no evidence will weaken your CV and make you sound like every other job seeker.
